Details, fixed proportions and gave more stability to her pose separating her legs a bit due all the weight and volume she is caring between her legs. (my non futa version will have her legs as the first sketch)

Corrections ready, larger legs, it was not hard to do, but after a second look i didn't like how the feet look so made them again to be in harmony with the thicknes of her legs.

Yes, i change the position of her right leg as in the initial preview. Visually speaking, having such beautiful long and thick legs makes her more stable and capable to sustain the extra weight in a  relaxed way.
